HS-201 Hydroxyethyl Piperidinol

Hydroxyethyl piperidinol (HS-201, 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol) is the core monomer for oligomeric HALS (e.g. 622 and 944 series). The N-hydroxyethyl and 4-hydroxyl groups form a bifunctional structure that can be directly polyesterified with diacids into high-molecular-weight HALS.
