Tiangang has established a modern corporate organizational system centered on R&D, based on production, and supported by sales and technical services. The company comprises a Technology R&D Center, production bases, an Application Technology Center, and marketing and customer service departments, forming integrated capabilities across the entire chain — from raw material control, product R&D and manufacturing, to pre-sales selection and after-sales technical support.

The Technology R&D Center focuses on anti-aging mechanism research for polymer materials and new product development; the production bases rely on automated production lines and a complete quality inspection system to ensure a stable supply; the Application Technology Center provides in-depth technical services such as product selection recommendations, formulation optimization and weathering performance evaluation.
