First China Plastics Weathering Technology Laboratory Inaugurated at Tiangang

 HC Plastics Network news: On June 13, the Annual Conference on Technological Innovation in the Plastics Processing Industry and the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Agricultural Film Professional Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA) were grandly held in Harbin, the "Ice City." At the annual meeting, Beijing Tiangang Auxiliary Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "China Plastics Weathering Technology Laboratory", the first key laboratory of CPPIA serving the specialized field of weathering and anti-aging technology.

    Founded in 1991, Beijing Tiangang Auxiliary Co., Ltd. has for years focused on R&D of weathering technology for plastic products and production of related auxiliary products. It is one of the largest professional light stabilizer manufacturers in Asia and one of the earliest enterprises in China engaged in the development and production of anti-aging functional materials. Tiangang Auxiliary has built two scaled light stabilizer production bases in Beijing and Hebei, covering 110 mu and 150 mu respectively, of which the Hebei Gu'an production base is the first 10,000-tonne light stabilizer production base in China.

    As a leading domestic light stabilizer enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise, Tiangang Auxiliary masters multiple core technologies in the weathering field, has repeatedly filled domestic gaps, and has now applied for more than 10 patents, of which 6 invention patents have been approved. Tiangang also participated in the drafting and revision of several national standards related to material aging and anti-aging. Tiangang Auxiliary invests more than 4% of its annual sales in technology, has a high-quality innovation team of multiple PhDs, masters, and senior engineers, and has jointly built industry-university-research cooperation platforms with the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianjin University, the Guangzhou Research Institute of Synthetic Materials, and other universities and research institutes.

    Tiangang Auxiliary is a professional R&D and manufacturing enterprise for polymer material additives.
