Application of Light Stabilizer YG-638 in the Pattern Side Rubber of ASV Rubber Tracks
The study investigates the application of light stabilizer YG-638 in the pattern side rubber of ASV rubber tracks (friction-type rubber tracks). The results show that adding YG-638 to the pattern side rubber of ASV rubber tracks improves the processing performance and anti-reversion properties of the compound, increases the modulus and tensile strength, significantly reduces compression fatigue temperature rise, and improves flex resistance and heat-ageing resistance; the service life of the finished rubber track is extended and its anti-sun-discolouration performance is significantly improved.
