Product Introduction: Light Stabilizer 944 is a polymeric high-molecular-weight hindered amine light stabilizer for plastic products. It can be applied to polyolefin plastics (such as PP, PE), olefin copolymers (such as EVA and blends of propylene with rubber, etc.), and shows particularly excellent efficacy in cross-linked polyethylene.
Besides polyolefin plastics, it can also be used in polyphenylene ether complexes (PPE), polyoxymethylene (polyacetals), polyamides, polyurethanes, flexible and rigid PVC, and PVC blends, etc. In addition, Light Stabilizer 944 also has good efficacy for styrenics, rubber, and adhesives.
Light Stabilizer 944 has a synergistic effect when used together with UV absorbers. Due to the special structure of the polymer, its average molecular weight can reach 3000; it can be used in systems requiring low volatility and minimal migration, and is especially suitable for films and fibers. Light Stabilizer 944 also acts as an antioxidant and provides long-term thermal stabilization for polymers. The recommended dosage in greenhouse film production is 0.2%.
Notes: Sulfur- or halogen-containing substances may affect the performance of Light Stabilizer 944. Some stabilizers, pesticides, and flame retardants may undergo side reactions with Light Stabilizer 944. If co-use with such substances is required, it is recommended to conduct a small-scale test first to ensure performance.
Storage and Packaging: Light Stabilizer 944 is stable in nature and has no special storage requirements; avoid high temperature and moisture during storage. Common packaging: 25KG composite paper bag; 25KG carton (40cm wide × 60cm long × 25cm high); 25KG paper drum (36cm diameter × 50cm high); also customizable per customer requirements.
