III. Applications: This product is a new-generation polymeric high-molecular-weight hindered-amine light stabilizer. It offers excellent processing thermal stability, very low volatility, and resistance to migration, extraction and gas fading. It has good compatibility with resins and excellent water-extraction resistance; compared with common low-molecular-weight hindered-amine light stabilizers, it shows excellent long-term photo-ageing resistance. It is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyurethane, polyoxymethylene and polyester elastomers. It shows good synergism with antioxidants and UV absorbers, further improving the heat and light ageing resistance of products.
IV. Usage:
Add directly during product processing or blend in masterbatch form. Recommended dosage: 0.3–0.6%.
V. Packaging and storage:
25 kg fibre drum with inner plastic bag. During transport and storage, avoid light, moisture and high temperature; store under low-temperature dry conditions below 30°C.
25 kg cardboard drum with inner plastic liner: keep away from light and moisture, avoid high temperatures, store under cool dry conditions below 30°C.
