1. Operating Conditions

• Vibrant colors: bright red/yellow/blue/green requiring 5+ years without fading
• High UV exposure: open-air, full-day sunlight
• Safety requirements: UL94 V-2/V-0, GB 6675 often required for children's products
• Touch abrasion: frequent handling requires sweat/saliva resistance
• Anti-static: playground equipment may generate static
• Low odor: children/indoor-outdoor seating require low VOC

2. Tiangang Recommended Solutions

Solution A: Children's slides/swings (color + FR + UV)

Recommended: HS-962 0.20–0.30% + UV-327 0.15–0.25% + AO-1076/AO-168 0.15–0.30% + FR-810A 8–14% for UL94 V-2/V-0.

Solution B: Light-colored products (low yellowing)

Recommended: HS-770 0.10–0.20% + HS-944 0.15–0.20% + UV-326 0.15–0.20% + AO-1076/AO-168 0.15–0.25%.

Solution C: Waste bins / isolation barriers

Recommended: HS-962 0.20–0.30% + UV-326 0.15–0.25% + AO-1010/AO-168 0.15–0.30%.

Solution D: Outdoor furniture / planters

Recommended: HS-791 0.15–0.25% + UV-326 0.10–0.20% + AO-B215 0.10–0.15%.
