光稳定剂应用于光固化树脂

光固化涂料是一种绿色环保涂料,可以解决使用传统涂料释放挥发性有机化合物（VOC）的问题.在光固化涂料固化过程中,附着性是评价涂层性能的最基本指标之一.针对光固化涂料开发了一种新型复配型光稳定剂EVERSORB UR210S,主要应用试验设计（DOE）手法,针对不同类型光稳定剂产品和UR 210S在光固化涂料中进行附着性研究探讨,添加UR 210S在光固化涂料中不影响附着力,利用百格刀测试仍有5B程度,另外根据实验室人工加速老化试验结果显示,增加UR 210S在光固化涂料中的有效浓度,可以增强耐候性保护效果.
