Description | Tiangang® HS-119 is an effective radical scavenger that protects organic polymers against degradation caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation. It is effective in a range of polymers, such as PP, PE and blends with EPR, EPDM, ERR, PE, EVA, EAA, EVOH and filled PP. It can be also used in elastomers, e.g. EPDM, SBS, SIS, SEBS, styrenics, ABS, SAN, AES, ASA, IPS, SMA blends or alloys and adhesives, hot melts, flexible and rigid PVC, PVDC, PU, PA, POM, PPE, PET, PBT and PMMA and thermoplastic resins, UPE, PET and PA fibers. It also shows a unique long-term thermal performance and can significantly enhances the color yield of many organic pigments and therefore it finds broad usage in PP fibers. Combined with other HALS, such Tiangang® BW-10LD it gives rise to synergistic mixtures. When combined with other co-additives, Tiangang® HS-119 is particularly effective for providing long-term stabilization to agricultural films, in countries with high solar irradiation, and in presence of chemicals. |
